LOOKOUT MTN GA: Billie Joe Gill, age 71 passed away Saturday, November 7, 2020. He had worked for Rock City Gardens, was a third- generation moon shiner, he was a member of Crawfish Masonic Lodge #300 and member of High Christian Community Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Edna Ruth Gill; brothers, Roy Gill and Gary Wayne Gill.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Tonya (Mark) Sharp, Angela McDaniel; grandchildren, Summer (Daniel) Raley, Joseph Nichols, Hannah Sharp, Marcus Blake (Destiny) Sharp, Tiffany McDaniel; Braelyn McDaniel; great grandchildren, Brantley Nichols, Waylon Nichols and Marcus Liam Sharp; sister, Mary Nichols; brother, Joe T. (Buddy) Gill; several nieces and nephews and a host of Lookout Mountain friends.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Friday, November 13, 2020 at High Christian Community Church with Brother Ralph Vaugh officiating. Interment will be held in Gill Family Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Thursday at Funeral Home from 4:00 until 8:00 PM
And Friday 10:00 AM until 12:00 at the Church.
