Mr. Carl "Skeet" Cranfield

BRYANT, AL. Carl Edward “Skeet” Cranfield, 85, passed away January 31, 2022. He was born July 4, 1936 to the late Charlie and Virgie Cranfield. He proudly served his country in the US Army and retired from Northeast State Community College as cafeteria manager. Skeet’s favorite past time was watching the Alabama football games and the Atlanta Braves.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 53 years, Naomi Cranfield; sons Michael and Billy Cranfield; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren; sisters Jean, Jane, Jenny, and June; brother Jimmy; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, February 4, 2022 at 11:00 AM ET at the Bryant Chapel with Pastor Brad Bridges officiating. He will be laid to rest at Oak Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Thursday February 3, 2022 from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET; Friday 9:00 AM ~ 11:00 AM ET at the funeral home.
