BRYANT, AL: Edna Joyce Roddy, age 76, went home to be with Christ on January 20, 2019. She was a longtime faithful member of Mountain View Church of God.
Edna was preceded in death by her husband, Bryan Roddy; parents Noah and Edith West; brothers Joe West and J. D. West.
She is survived by her son Mark (Joy) Roddy of Bryant, AL; four grandchildren, Lauren (Jesse) Smith, Cierra, Isaac, Isaiah Roddy; three great-grandchildren Rosalind, Georgianna, Eleanor Smith; brothers Rayburn West of Bryant, AL, Ralph West of Trenton, GA and Kenneth West of Trenton, GA.; several nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held at Mountain View Church of God Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 6:00 PM EST with Reverend Brad Bridges officiating.
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 PM EST at the Moore Funeral Home Bryant Chapel. Visitation will also be held on Wednesday January 23, 2019 from 5:00 EST until the funeral hour at Mountain View Church of God.
