Mr. Frank Chappelear

Harry Franklin “Frank” Chappelear, 72, of Trenton, GA passed away on Tuesday, January 4, 2022. He was born May 15, 1949 to Pauline and the late Harry Lee Chappelear. Frank was a kind man who always wore a smile and never met a stranger. He was retired from ADM Milling in Chattanooga, TN. He was loved my many and will be dearly missed.

In addition to his father, Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Holly Chappelear; sisters, Pat Cagle, Barbara Hicks and Freda Higdon; and brothers, Gary and Byron Chappelear.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife of fifty years, Helen Chappelear; son, Lee (Oceclia) Chappelear; mother, Pauline Chappelear; brother, James (Betty) Chappelear; grandchildren, Colton, Drake (Mary), Madelyn, Bree, Kira and Shelby; great-grandchildren, Huntleigh and Willow; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM ET on Friday, January 7, 2022 in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Jim Blaylock, Brother James Chappelear and Amanda Lilley speaking. He will be laid to rest at Hawkins Cemetery on Lookout Mountain.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022 from 4:00 – 8:00 PM ET.
