Mrs. Geraldine Givens

FLAT ROCK, AL: Geraldine Givens, age 83, passed away January 12, 2021. She was “Granny” to everybody and baby sat half of Sand Mountain. She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.

She was predeceased by her husband, Lamar Givens; parents Fred and Bertha Collins; five brothers and sisters.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Angie (Curtis) Moses; son Bernard (Reba) Givens; two grandchildren Joseph Moses and Kristen Philips; two great-grandchildren Hailey Nicholson and Dalton Bowman.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM EST in the Bryant Chapel with Brother Wayne Winters officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens.

Family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00 ~ 8:00 PM; Thursday 12:00 ~ 2:00 PM EST.
