JOHN COOPER   BRYANT, AL: John Wayne Cooper, age 60, passed away August 7, 2018. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. John was a member of Glendale Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lindsay and Mary Cooper; three sisters, Carolyn Quarles, Linda Sue Cuzzort, and Cynthia Dawn Harris. He is survived by his loving wife of forty-four years, Karen Cooper; sons Nicholas Wayne (Dixie) Cooper and John Adam Cooper all of Bryant; grandchildren Kelsey, Bailey, Jonathan, Christopher, and John O. Cooper; step-grandchildren McKenzie and Madison Chapman; sister Vickie Lynn (Randy) Ridgeway of Illinois; brothers James Richard (Donna) Cooper, Flat Rock; David (June) Cooper, Byrds Chapel; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM EDT Thursday, August 9, 2018 in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Wayne Winters and Brother Ira Brock officiating.   Burial will follow in Bryant Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday 4:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM EDT; Thursday 10:00 AM ~ 1:00 PM EDT.
