RISING FAWN, GA: Joyce Kathryn Hankins, age 90, a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend, passed away Saturday, October 31, 2020. She was a member of Rising Fawn United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Blake Hankins; step-son Bill Hankins; parents Burton and Rhonwyn Kenimer; brother Don Kenimer.
She is survived by her children Lionel (Jane Anne) Austin; Steve Austin, Kathryn Austin (Joey Raines); step-children Sheri, Jack, Keri, Terry and Christy Hankins; grandchildren Adam Austin (LeiLani), Jennifer (Kyle) Clarkson, Mary Carol (Alex) Thompson; great-grandchildren Wyatt Austin, Mallorie Powell, Beckett and Oliver Thompson, and Kylee Clarkson; sister Carol (Joe) Oliver, brothers Sam (Jo) Kenimer and Bob (Joan) Kenimer; several cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held July 11, 2021 at 3:00 PM EDT at the Rising Fawn Methodist fellowship hall.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rising Fawn United Methodist Church in her memory.
