Margaret Eugenia Self

Margaret Self, 93, of Trenton, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2020. She was born in Macon, GA on April 8, 1927 to the late Robert and Irene Giddens. Margaret was a Beloved mother to six children, grandmother to eight, and great-grandmother to sixteen. She was a woman who lived a life of love, generosity, and devotion to The Lord, as well as to her beloved family and friends. She was a lifetime member of the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Margaret was known countywide as the “Baby Lady” of Sand Mountain through her flea marketing endeavors.

Margaret was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Clifton D. Self; one son, David E. Self; three brothers, Everett, Jimmy and Bobby Giddens.

A family memorial celebration will be held November 15, 2020 at 11:00 EST / 10:00 CST at the Floral Crest SDA Church. The church is located at:
