Martha Sue Norris

Martha Sue Norris, 77, of Rock Spring, GA passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Phillip Norris and Jason Willoughby officiating. She will be laid to rest in Longshore Cemetery in Sand Rock, AL.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, September 5, 2022 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and on Tuesday from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour.

Martha was born September 5, 1944 in Gadsden, AL. She was the best wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend that anyone could ask for. Martha spent her life doing what she enjoyed the most, taking care of others. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Rollen and Nellie Wright; grandson, Phillip Adam; great-granddaughter, Bethany Watson; and brother, Donald Wright.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 61 years, Wade Norris; daughters, Sheree (DeWayne) Murray, Pam Norris and Crystal (Jason) Willoughby; sons, Phillip Norris and Quinton (Emily) Norris; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; and a host of friends.
