Mr. Marvin Lee Atkins

BRYANT, AL. Marvin Lee Atkins, age 85, passed away November 4, 2021. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Annie Atkins; sons Danny Atkins and Doyle Atkins; grandson Derek Atkins.

Left to cherish his memories are his daughter Deborah Rape, LaFayette, GA; son Stephen (Kathy) Atkins, Bryant, AL; daughter-in-law Diane Atkins; four grandchildren Marlana Atkins, Jamie Atkins, Cody Rape, Karlie Blackwell; four great-grandchildren Cruz Shropshire, Jett Atkins, Nora Blackwell, and Faith Alexander; sister Glenda Stoker, Ringgold, GA; special friend Emily Casey, and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 2:00 ET in the Bryant Chapel with Brother Wayne Winters officiating. He will be laid to rest in Oak Lawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends Sunday 12:00 PM ~ 2:00 PM ET.
