Willard Burless Stephens

Willard Burless Stephens, age 84, of Trenton, GA went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 17, 2021. Mr. Stephens was a faithful member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.
Willard was preceded in death by parents Dock and Vennie Avans Stephens; brothers, C.W. Stephens, L.J. Stephens, Doyle Stephens and sisters, Amalee Price and Waveloee Phillips.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Tamara (Corky) Buckels; sisters, Maxlee (Burnlee) Christopher, Cleta (Larry) Kirby, and Gayla (David) Fowler; brothers, Wayne Stephens and Dorayne (Evelyn) Stephens; grandchildren, Amanda (Robert) Murray and Dale Delay; and three great-grandsons.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 ET on Monday, December 20, 2021 in the Trenton Chapel of Moore Funeral Home with Brother Dewayne Porter officiating. Burial will follow at Gib Dock Stephens Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM ET and on Monday from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour.
