He was preceded in death by his parents, Elray and Beulah Thacker; sister, Terry Thacker.
Survivors include his son, Brian, Chris, Barry, Jr. and Brent Thacker; sisters, Sheila, Linda, Gail; brother, Tim Tinker; six grandchildren.
Private funeral arrangements will be held at another date.
