Bobby Adams

Bobby Joe Adams, a beloved member of the Bryant, AL community, passed away on April 17, 2024. He was 75 years old.

A funeral service to honor Bobby’s life will be held on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 1:00 PM ET in the Bryant Chapel of Moore Funeral Home. The service will be officiated by his grandson Brother Joe Adams. He will be laid to rest at Oak Lawn Memorial Park.

Those who wish to pay their respects can visit the funeral home on Sunday from 1:00 PM ET - 7:00 PM ET and Monday from 11:00 AM ET until the service.

Bobby was born September 30, 1948 in Lime Rock, AL to the late Grady and Edna Adams. He was a master mechanic by trade and worked many years for Scenic City Mazda and Pye Acura Mazda until retirement. Known for his strong work ethic and skilled hands, Bobby enjoyed fixing cars, building homes, and mowing grass.  Above all else, Bobby cherished his family, particularly his grandchildren. He was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Juanita Adams; sons, Danny (Lisa) Adams and Donny (Cindy) Adams; daughter, Lorie (Donald Hicks) Anderson; brothers, Edward and Jimmy Adams; sister, Betty Lou Moore; as well as 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Bobby is preceded in death by his brother, John Adams.
