Cindy Adams

Cindy Ellen Adams, 61, of Trenton, GA, went to be with the Lord on April 24th, 2026, surrounded by close family. Cindy was born on October 25, 1964, to the late John McKinney and Katherine McKinney-Putman.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a Beautiful Granddaughter, Magnolia Adams. She is survived by her loving husband, Donny Adams, of the home; her son, Rev. Joe Adams, and wife Stephanie of Bristol, Tennessee; her daughter, Kiara Adams of Trenton, Georgia; and three cherished grandsons, Ezekiel Adams, Silas Adams, and Beau Osterhaus. Cindy is also survived by her brothers, Jobie McKinney and wife Cindy, and Charlie Putman; her sister, Christy Prince and husband Jamie; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in Cindy’s honor on April 28th, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET in the Larry Moore Memorial Chapel of Moore Funeral Home of Trenton, Georgia. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.

A Repass/Covered Dish Luncheon will be held at the American Legion Post 106 following service, to allow friends a chance to share their favorite dish and a comforting, informal time for family and friends to share memories. 

Cindy will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her deep love for her family, and the joy she brought to all who knew her.
