Phillip Wildman

Phillip Darriel "Derrell" Wildman, a resident of Lookout Mountain, Georgia, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025 at the age of 70. 

Derrell was born in Guntersville, Alabama on January 29, 1955 to the late Sloan & Annie Wildman and has resided in Lookout Mountain, Georgia for many years. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed spending time on Weiss Lake in Alabama, as well as, other favorite fishing locations. Derrell was a true friend that everybody knew and respected, especially his family. He proudly served his country in The United States Army for 10 years. In his later years, he was self employed and operated a small engine repair service of which he most enjoyed. He was always known as the guy who could fix most anything. 

In addition to his parents, Derrell was also preceded in death by three brothers, Charlie Wildman, Randy Wildman & Merle Wildman; one sister, Charlotte Derryberry.

He is survived by his children, Michael Wildman, Nicholas Wildman, Sam Wildman & Tana Wildman; one sister, Margaret (Gene) Bradford and one brother, Billy Wildman, and his special friend and partner of 7 years, Stella Powell.

No formal services will be held at this time. 

Derrell's life and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
