HIGDON, AL. Sandra Diane Higdon, age 74, passed away November 19, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother, and nanny.
She is preceded in death by her husband Jerry Higdon; parents William and Bobby Knight; brother Kit Knight.
Left to cherish her memories are her daughter Robyn (Kerry) Steele; sons Ryan (Tamsey) Higdon and Rusty (Christy) Higdon; five grandchildren Chandler Steele, Presley Higdon, Hayden (Shantel) Higdon, Tanner (Mattie) Higdon, and Trey Bowen; great-grandchild Lilith Higdon; sister Shirley (George) McGee; brothers Tommy (Linda) Knight, Tuck Knight, Larry Knight, and Tim Knight; nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 22. 2021 at 2:00 PM ET in the Bryant Chapel with Brother Edwin Spurgeon officiating. She will be laid to rest in Oak Lawn Memorial Park, Bryant, AL.
The family will receive friends Sunday 4:00 PM ~ 8:00 PM ET; Monday 11:00 AM ~ 2:00 PM ET.
