SYLVIA CUNNINGHAM
Lookout Valley, TN: Sylvia Lois Cunningham, 63, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2013. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt that lived for her family and her grandsons. She retired from nursing after twenty years and was a member of Lookout Valley Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Edward Cunningham, parents Chester and Nadine Forsythe, and sister Sandy Forsythe.
Survivors include her daughter, Christina (Bill) Blake; sons David (Tracie) Cunningham, Daniel (Regina) Cunningham; brother Chuck Forsythe; two grandsons Tyler and Eric Cunningham.
Funeral service will be Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 12:00PM at Trenton Chapel with Pastor Joshua Fite officiating. Burial will follow in Lakewood West Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday January 25th 4~8 PM; Saturday 10:00~12:00. . Leave condolences at www.moorefuneralhometrenton.com .
